2、须系我国境内依法设立的法人组织；
3、具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
4、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
5、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
6、业绩要求：无；
7、其他要求：无。

Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Possess a Class III or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6.
