Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Provide routine operation and maintenance services for the landscape lighting facilities at 43 locations, including 38 bridges in the Lingang New Area, the lakeside landscape belt, Shenjiang Avenue, and the facilities for the Light and Shadow Festival. This includes all routine maintenance and repair, as well as the holiday lighting programming and operation management of the facilities that have been centrally controlled.
